CCEOC participated in a Teacher Wellness Day at Bellevue Elementary School. Nutrition educators presented a 30 min “Rethink Your Drink” workshop and provided attendees with a sample of low sugar trail mix. “One young mom was so shocked by the amount of sugar in a 20 oz. soda that she took a picture of the soda bottle and cup of sugar, and posted it on social media with the caption: “Never again!! Look at all that SUGAR!”
