Find our table in the produce area! So by for our food samples, store coupons for healthy items, recipes and tips for shopping smarter on a budget.

Opportunity for Elementary Schools
CATCH (Coordinated Approach To Child Health) is a school-based health program designed to promote physical activity and healthy food choices. In early spring 2016, Southern Tier Eat Smart New York will sponsor a CATCH training for 10 elementary schools. If your elementary school has 50% or more children eligible for free/reduced school meals and is located in one of our eleven counties, your school is eligible to participate in this free training.
Big Apple Crunch
On and around Food Day 2015, millions of people around the country will crunch into an apple in a unifying action to raise awareness about eating better diets for our health and the environment, access and affordability of fruits and vegetables, and supporting local farmers. Hundreds of thousands of school students will crunch into an apple at lunch time, joined by Americans at public Food Day events, in corporate cafeterias, and at home.
