Steps

Place all ingredients in a blender. Put the lid on tightly.

Blend until smooth. If too thick, add 1/2 cup cold water and blend again.

Refrigerate leftovers within 2 hours.

Notes

Try using strawberries, blueberries, and/or blackberries.

1 cup unsweetened frozen berries

1 cup non-fat or 1% milk

1 cup orange juice

Store unripe bananas at room temperature. Store ripe bananas in refridgerator for up to two weeks; skin may turn black.
