Steps

1. Slightly defrost frozen fruit, just enough so that it will easily blend.

2. Pour milk into blender.

3. Add frozen fruit pieces to blender.

4. Add banana and yogurt.

5. Blend until smooth--about 30 to 45 seconds.

Try adding your favorite frozen fruit!

2 cups fat free milk

1 large banana

3/4 cup low fat yogurt (vanilla or plain)

How to Select

Choose shiny, firm strawberries with a bright red color. Caps should be fresh, green and intact. Avoid shriveled, mushy or leaky berries.

How to Store

Do not wash strawberries until ready to eat. Store in refridgerator for 1-3 days.
