1. Cook pasta as directed. Drain and cool.
2. Cut up all other ingredients as desired.
3. When pasta is cooled, add all other ingredients.
4. Add your favorite salad dressing and mix. Refrigerate. Serve chilled.

Pasta (choose 1): shells, spirals, elbows, nuggets, rigatoni or spaghetti (try a whole grain pasta!)-1/2 pound (8 oz.)
Vegetables (choose 2 or more): peppers, broccoli, cucumber, celery, carrots, sweet peas, onions, cherry tomatoes- about 1 cup of each
Protein (choose 2 or more): kidney beans, hard boiled eggs, chick peas, tuna fish, chicken, turkey, cheese- about 1/2 cup of each
1/2 cup of your favorite salad dressing

Refrigerate in a plastic bag with some air holes.
How to Prepare
Rinse in cold water. Trim ends. If skin is tough or waxed, peel. If seeds are hard, scoop out. Add fresh cucumber to salads and sandwiches. Have as a snack with dips.
